Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal issued a press release today claiming to head a multi-state investigation into Google’s collection of data over WiFi networks. But, when I asked his staff (Blumenthal is in hiding from the press, hoping to avoid questions about his false Vietnam service claims) to provide me with a list of states
