  www.fairfieldfitbodybootcamp.com - Fairfield County Boot Camp workout of the day! Here is a another body weight exercise workout for today. All the fat loss exercises below are listed below... Today's Workout... 1) Low Squat Jumps - Squat down low and do low jumps. Make sure that you are not jumping all the way up. 2) Pillar Reach Out - Rows - Get on your hands and feet on the floor. Reach one hand out in front and touch the floor in front of you. Pull that hand back to the starting position. Then repeat that motion with the other hand. Once complete take your starting hand and drive your elbow back and up towards the ceiling. Then switch arms and perform the same motion 3) Run In Place - Just run in place making sure to swing your arms 4) Alternate Arm raise - On your hands and knees to start. Raise one arm straight out in front of you. At the same time take the opposite leg (keep it straight) and lift your heel towards the ceiling. Lower both the arm and leg back down and switch to the other arm and leg. 5) Leg Hold crossovers - Lie on your back with your hands underneath your butt. Extend your legs out and take one foot and cross it over on top of the other. Then in a smooth motion swing it around and place it underneath the other foot. Continue holding your legs out and crossing your feet over each other. Finisher 1) Runners - Similar to a run in place except you keep your legs and arms straight. Lean slightly forward while you are doing this and kick your legs behind <b>...</b>

This was designed to burn as many calories as possible as fast as possible. So check out the exercises below... Today's Workout... 1) Get Up & Jump - Lie on your back. Use any movement you need to stand up and jump at the top. Lie back down and repeat 2) T Push Ups - Perform a regular push up. When you are at the top of the push up, lift one arm and swing it out and up to the ceiling. Then back down to the ground and do another push up. Switch arms each push up. 3) Wide Lege Sit up - Sit on the floor with your legs spread out to the side. Lie on your back, with your arms stretched out behind you. Lift your arms and then sit up and touch the floor between your legs. Lie back and repeat 4) Pillar Heel Raise - Hold yourself up in the push up position. Take one leg, keep it straight, and raise your heel towards the ceiling. Lower it back down and repeat. 5) 5 Crunches - 5 Supermans - Perform 5 crunches then rollover onto your stomach and perform five supermans (barck raises). Finisher 1) Snowboarders - Get into the the squat position. Jump up and turn 180 degrees then land safely. Then jump up and turn back to the starting position. Repeat throughout the whole duration. 2) Pillar To Push Up - Start in the push up position. Lower yourself down onto one elbow then onto the other elbow.
