Toyota today finally recalling more than 400,000 Prius hybrid cars what what has been known at least for weeks – that some have problems with their brake systems that cause a short delay before engaging under some conditions.  Toyota said today it is evaluating brake problems with the 2010 Prius gas-electric hybrid, but has not decided what to do about a recall, AP and CNN reported.
